The Perfect Two‑Step Ritual

Heel Balm is powerful on its own — but when paired with our gentle exfoliating mitt, it becomes a simple ritual that delivers beautiful and fast results.

Step 1: Balm

Apply Heel Salve‑ation before bed for 2 nights, you may like to put on a pair of cotton socks or heel socks over the balm.
Let the natural butters and beeswax melt in and do their work while you sleep.

Step 2: Buff

After a few nights of balming, give a quick, gentle exfoliation in the shower with the exfoliating mitt to remove now-softened surface skin and help clear away damaged skin. Buffing isn't essential — skin does fall away naturally — yet the exfoliating buff speeds up the process beautifully. My recommended mitt can be added to your balm purchase, as well as your choice of aromatherapy.
