Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and/or a tracked courier service.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, or circumstances outside our control such as extreme weather or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
