We want you to love your Beeswax Balms by Alizzie purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and skincare items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used balms unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [your email address] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
